Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligible Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not working as described

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or physically damaged products
  • Accessories without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • “Change of mind” cases

3. Return Process

  2. Share order number and issue details
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Courier pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
  5. Replacement or refund will be processed after product inspection

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within:

  • 5–7 business days after approval

Refund method:

  • Original payment mode or store credit

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
